Shipping

DThai Company Limited ships rice, sugar and sunflower oil worldwide. This page sets out how shipping actually works with us, so there are no surprises once an order is placed.

1. Coverage

We ship to the Middle East and Gulf, West and Central Africa, Southeast and East Asia, Europe, and the Americas. If your market is not listed, ask — it usually just means we have not yet cleared the import protocol for it.

2. Shipping Methods

Full container load (FCL) is standard for bulk orders; smaller trial orders can be arranged as less-than-container-load (LCL) where the route supports it.

3. Order Processing Time

Standard orders are packed and ready to load within 7–14 days of a confirmed contract, depending on product and volume. We will confirm a firm date at the time of quotation.

4. Documentation Provided

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Health / phytosanitary certificate as required by destination
  • Bill of lading

5. Shipping Costs

Freight is quoted per shipment based on destination port, volume and current carrier rates, and confirmed before the order is finalised.

6. Tracking and Communication

We share the booking confirmation and tracking details once the container is loaded, and remain reachable by email or WhatsApp for the duration of transit.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Cargo insurance can be arranged on request. Any claim for loss or damage in transit should be raised with us immediately on arrival, with photographic evidence, so we can support a claim with the carrier or insurer.
