Our standard minimum order is one 20ft full container load (FCL), priced FOB Thailand. A 20ft container holds roughly 24 to 27 tonnes of bagged rice depending on bag size and stacking pattern, and a 40ft container around 26 to 28 tonnes. For a first order, or to test a new grade in your market, we can arrange a smaller trial shipment as less-than-container-load (LCL) where the route supports it.
Buyers who stock several lines can combine them in one container, for example jasmine rice with long-grain white rice, or white sugar with brown sugar, which keeps freight per tonne down while you build volume.
Rice is packed in 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg PP bags, with 1,000kg jumbo bags for industrial and repacking buyers. Sugar ships in 50kg bags or jumbo bags. Sunflower oil is available in retail bottles, jerrycans, drums or flexitanks.
Private-label packing is available for distributors and retail chains: send us your artwork and bag specification and we will confirm the print run and lead time with the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against shipping documents. Once we have shipped a few containers together, we can move to an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) for larger repeat orders. Terms are always confirmed in writing before a contract is signed.
Every shipment leaves with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and a phytosanitary certificate; rice shipments also carry a fumigation certificate. A certificate of analysis for the lot is provided before loading. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS or an inspector you nominate can be arranged on request, and Halal or destination-specific certificates should be flagged at quotation stage because some take extra time to arrange.

Wholesale with us means container loads. One 20ft container holds about 25 metric tons of rice or sugar. You choose the grade, the bag and the port, and we quote FOB Thailand or CIF to your port. You can mix products in one container, which suits importers who want variety without buying several full loads.
