What is the minimum order for Thai rice?

Our standard minimum is one 20ft full container load (FCL), which holds roughly 24 to 27 tonnes of bagged rice. Smaller trial orders can ship as LCL where the route supports it.

Which rice grades do you export?

How is the rice packed?

In 5kg, 10kg, 25kg or 50kg PP bags, or 1,000kg jumbo bags for industrial buyers. Private-label bag printing is available.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We can send a pre-shipment sample with a certificate of analysis so you can check and cook the rice before committing to a container.

What documents come with a rice shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and fumigation certificate. Third-party inspection by SGS or your nominated inspector can be arranged.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against shipping documents, moving to L/C for larger repeat orders.
